Get Ready for VBS!

Vacation Bible School Approaches! Get Ready to Travel the WORLD! —June 10th-14th.

Mark your calendars and get ready to travel around the world, learning about God’s love and work in far away countries and our own backyard! This year’s theme will be World Missions and we will learn just how much God loves the whole world.

  • Kick-off our tour of God’s world with a special World Cuisine Luncheon after church on Sunday, June 10th and enjoy foods from Boliva, India and our own USA.
  • Every evening from Monday-Thursday, June 11-14, we will learn something new about God’s love and the world we live in from 5-8:00pm.
  • On Thursday, June 14th, we will wind up with a full family program!  To volunteer to help, or to register your child, contact the church office or Ginna Reid at the email listed below.

Children’s Ministry Team—Sunday, May 20th @ 8:45 am. All parents and interested individuals are welcome to come help finalize plans for VBS and other upcoming events!

Remember to wear your Explorer Hat to Sunday School! And earn pins for attendance, memory verses, saying the Lord’s Prayer, bringing a friend to Sunday School, or doing a special community service project. Larger, decorative pins can be given for great accomplishments such as reciting the 23rd Psalm, or naming the books of the Bible. We hope to see everyone’s smiling face underneath a fully decorated cap!

Kids Night Out  -  Saturday, May 12, 5-8:00pm. Come enjoy a night on the town or catch up on errands without kids in tow! Allow our dedicated, experienced childcare staff to entertain your children with motivational and educational activities while you have a romantic evening. Cost is $5/child.

Wednesdays—Drama and Song! Our lively and talented Children’s Choir and Drama Club are currently on Summer Break! Stay tuned for when we resume in the Fall.
