Children's Announcements

CHILDREN’S SABBATH

On October 12th, the Children’s Sabbath is going to be a spectacular day!  In addition to puppets,  visiting choirs, and

special worship, the Children’s ministries is also hosting the hotdog luncheon

and trick-r-trunk in the upper parking lot. We will have games and activities and a special

lesson after lunch. Children’s ministries is soliciting for the congregation to hand out candy or

Small, non-choking hazard toys. We will also be collecting candy/toy donations. Children (and

adults!) are encouraged to wear their Halloween Costumes!

WONDER-FILLED WEDNESDAY

WONDER-filled Wednesdays have been going great! If you have not registered your child, you

can find the registration form at www.biltmoreumc.org.  Be ready for some Singing and Science.

Also note, every 3rd Wednesday of the month, the children will be making an arts and crafts

project for our pastoral care ministries. We are still looking for additional bus drivers, and

healthy nut-free snack providers. Check out the water cooler wall for pictures!

CHILDREN’S COUNCIL

The next Children’s Council  meeting is scheduled for Sunday, October 19th at 9:00 am in

Room 2-R.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH

Volunteers are needed for Children’s Church.  The curriculum is already prepared.  Please

contact Meg@biltmoreumc.org  if you can help with this ministry.

SAVE THE DATES

November 9th^— Safe Sanctuary Training at 12:00 pm in fellowship hall. Child care will be  provided.

This training is for EVERYONE who works with youth or children at Biltmore UMC. T

his is a yearly mandatory training. We’ll make it interesting and fun! Please plan on attending! Pack a sack lunch.
